We test the hypotheses gained from the Discovery stage, and experiment with different concepts to make sure solutions meet user needs.

What we do

We address common pain points and test opportunities for whole-of-government service improvements.

Alpha experiments are generally conducted in collaboration with one or more partner agencies or third parties. Once the Alpha experiment has been completed, the team gather learnings and assist responsible agencies to move through the Service Design and Delivery Process.

Outcomes

• Refined concepts tested with users and government to help inform a future service.
• A defined minimum viable product.
