Be digital ready

The Digital Profession is working closely with agencies across government to improve digital capability and build a digital-ready workforce. This is an important part of meeting the objectives of the Digital Transformation Strategy.

Being digital ready means you are developing and using your skills to develop and deliver services and products. You are continuously learning from others in your discipline and beyond, and supporting digital workforce development.

We want digital professionals like you to:

  • share your experiences as a digital professional in government
  • discuss the development of the Digital Profession
  • get insight into how government can improve its digital capability.

You will help build a professional community of experts from across the public sector. This community is a way to work together, learn and develop skills, and discover career pathways.
